Bottle from the brewery. Hazy gold colour with a white head. Soft fruit almost white wine aroma, with yeast. Taste is fresh with a balanced sourness. Great beer, my wives new favourite.

Bottle from Beer Ritz. Pours golden, slightly hazy, single finger off white head. Aroma is vinous with a touch of alcohol, lemon too. Taste of initial light malts, then some vinous notes, drying to the palate. Then pine, orange adding more bitterness. A touch of warmth from the abv too. Very good!

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma is quite vinous, with an almost alcoholic touch. Some funky notes too, with resiny hints and some lemon. It’s medium bodied and dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Orange notes, white wine, bitterness and piney notes. A bit warming towards the finish. An interesting one indeed, but a tad warming. 141231

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, funk, yeast and white wine. On bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, october release. Pale golden color, slightly hazy- good long lasting foam. Good carbonation, small bubbles. Medium aroma intensity; the barrel influence is distinct, also floral and some fruity aromas, light citrus in the background. Medium body & high complexity. Good bitterness, some sourness and very well balanced. One of the best saisons Ive had in a while
