Wild Boar pours a pale straw colour with a fluffy white head. It has aromas of spicy lime and mango, with distinct flavours of honey malt and fruit punch, followed by a dry bitter finish.

Bottle at home from BEER:Shop split with Sarah. Bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is straw, earthy citrus, with nice melon and peachy hop. Flavour is nice earthy straw, grainy malts, burnt grass, nelson sauvin. Assertive clean bitterness. Palate is medium light bodied with a super dry finish. Medium high carbonation. REally tasty IPA.

Pours golden colour, clear, provided you leave the yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Head of decent size, frothy, not too stable. Having the name of the beer in mind I expected some wild notes both in the aroma and taste but got nothing of that sort. Aroma is hops centered, lime, pineaple, mango, grapefruit. Actually, the aroma is very strong, charming and refreshing. Taste is strongly on the grapefruit side with pleasant albedo bitterness coming into play a bit too fast. All the aromas and flavours as listed at the back of the bottle with the exception of honey and grain - no malt notes detected whatsoever. Nevertheless, a very enjoyable IPA, extremely drinkable.

Backlog rating. 33cl bottle from Grand Cru, Rimini. It pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and grassy with notes of pineapple, apple and citrus with some light grains. Tate is pineapple, citrus and grass. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, quite nice

330 ml bottle @ Konttori
Pale orange clear beer with white head. Aroma has tropical fruits, gooseberry, grapefruit, resin and slight sweet malts. Flavor is crisp citrusy and resinous bitter. Palate is thicker than medium and highly carbonated. Finish has heavy bitterness. Aftertaste is fruity sweet, grapefruity dry and resinous with slight woodiness. Pretty decent IPA which could be even better in a bit fresher form (this one was 8 months old).

On tap ay Café Sara, Oslo. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Intensely hoppy with citrus, pine, some fruity and herbal notes. Moderate sweet with fresh hoppy flavous and a quite intense bitterness. Delicious!

Finale pulito e persistente. Una buona ipa inglese dissetante!!
