Straw yellow, big creamy white head. Smell of citrus, mango, spices, light malts. Moderate sweet, lots of tropical fruits, more mango, some pineapple and oranges, light malts. Ends with a medium bitter finish of zesty flavor. Quite nice tropical ipa. Very refreshing

On tap. Hazy yellow body, with an average white head that leaves a good lace. Hoppy aroma, medium bitter taste. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily texture. An IPA on the lighter side, I guess

Bottle shared by Erwin Van Moll @ Van Moll Brewpub. Very hazy yellow color, full sized quite quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is lightly malts, grapefruit, fruity hops, peach, mandarin, hops. Taste lightly malts, lots of hops, very fruity, light to moderately grapefruit, again mandarin and a slight touch of orangepeel. Medium body, firm carbonation. Absolutely lovely.

330ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Rating from 2013. Solid IPA that hits the spot without being too over the top.

On tap at Buxton Tap House, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small beige head. Nose is quite fruity, with citrus and piney hops. Flavour is very dry, with lots of dry piney and floral hops, and bone dry biscuity malt to back. Very dry, without any residual sweetness at all. Very good IPA.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a dense, finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Quite a lot of orange on the nose, pine cones, some roses and citrus zest, with a pleasant maltyness in the back. The flavor has a fine bitterness to deal with the residual sweetness. Roses, orange zest and pine cones in the flavor, not much maltyness. A bit heavy on the carbonation, full-bodied and soft, semi-sweet. Lasting bitter and orangey finish. Nice indeed, but I end up with the feeling something’s missing. Can’t put my finger on it though. 140625
