Wild Boar pours a pale straw colour with a fluffy white head. It has aromas of spicy lime and mango, with distinct flavours of honey malt and fruit punch, followed by a dry bitter finish.

Hazy to clear pale with a thin head. Grapefruity, malty, grass, floral, honey, pine resin. Medium to low sweet, very bitter. Low carbonation, watery mouthfeel. Ok but nothing special.

bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Cloudy dirty medium amber color, bubbly thick head cover, light streaks of lace. Aroma of malt and floral hops. Taste is dry malt that needs little additional hops, instead, growing to a smooth malt and bitter finish that adds grass and a bit of earthiness. A little different than a traditional IPA, but quite nice to drink none-the-less.

Often you read the comments from the brewer and laugh, but these are bang on. A really fluffy head, on top of a pale beer. Really fresh lime aroma, but the honey really comes through, taking over the hops in the finish. A really interesting twist on the new ipa style.

Bottle at Speakeasy by Põhjala. BB Feb 2016. Opaque orange, thick white head. Full malty base with refreshing tropical fruit and citrusy bitter character. Somewhat jammy at points. Very juicy taste, fruits, peach, resin. Soothing mellow-active carbonation, thick on the palate, fills the mouth very nicely. Quite surprisingly for the mere 5.7%. Lingering grapefruity bitterness. It’s very good, but kinda forgettable - one of many similar.
