Cask at Harrild and Sons, 18/12/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, hint of piss, straw, tangerine, earthy hop. Taste comprises citric pith, light bread dough, melon, some hop presence. Medium body, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. So so - didn’t really deliver in terms of hops or citric refreshment. Pencilled in for a re-rate.

Bottle at home. Aroma is a strong piney, grassy, hoppy smell and taste is much the same. Subtle honey malt and fruit punch flavour. Long dry bitter finish. Lovely.

0.33l bottle. Oh, yeah this smells fresh! Really tropical peachy fruit hoppy nose on this. Grassy fresh cut lawn and citrussy goodness. Clementine zest and it just smells really good. Tastes really good as well. In the mouth it has a nice light oily feeling and it’s gently carbonated. Yeah, this has to be a fresh bottle. Really flavorful and fresh flavor-vise. Again, grassy and a nice citrus touch all the way. Soft apricots and peach juices. Some line zestiness in the finish. A really refreshing good tasty one! 16.05.2014

Bottle at home from BEER:Shop split with Sarah. Bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is straw, earthy citrus, with nice melon and peachy hop. Flavour is nice earthy straw, grainy malts, burnt grass, nelson sauvin. Assertive clean bitterness. Palate is medium light bodied with a super dry finish. Medium high carbonation. REally tasty IPA.

Pours golden colour, clear, provided you leave the yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Head of decent size, frothy, not too stable. Having the name of the beer in mind I expected some wild notes both in the aroma and taste but got nothing of that sort. Aroma is hops centered, lime, pineaple, mango, grapefruit. Actually, the aroma is very strong, charming and refreshing. Taste is strongly on the grapefruit side with pleasant albedo bitterness coming into play a bit too fast. All the aromas and flavours as listed at the back of the bottle with the exception of honey and grain - no malt notes detected whatsoever. Nevertheless, a very enjoyable IPA, extremely drinkable.
