This pale ale has it all going on. Named 6x6 because it is made with 6 different malts and hops; and an Oat Pale Ale because it has a good proportion of Malted Oats giving this beer a full body and that distinctive velvet mouth feel.
We haven’t held back with the hops on this one, we have used 3 of our favourite English hops combined with 3 of our favourite US hops.

Nov 2012 - cold bottle. 6 malts and 6 hops ’oat pale ale’. The most enduring head I’ve ever seen on a beer. Floral smell with a bit of that ’cat urine’ you sometimes get with a PA. Taste is astringent bitterness in the foretaste which lessens. Considering the number of ingredients, the taste is quite one dimensional.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Hazy golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is "La Rustique" cheese, floral and a bit fruity notes. Flavour is quite nicely balanced of the same.
