2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear golden color, small white head. Strong diacetylic butterscotch aroma. Medium-bodied. Crisp carbonation. Diacetyl is not so bad in the flavor, but it is there. Slightly wheaty, light hoppyness in the finish. Because of diacetyl, it is not easy to see if this has potential. My first one from By The Horns brewery.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask@The Criterion, Leicester. Golden beer with a good head. The aroma is fruity with some dryness, and the flavour is fruity with some sourness and bitterness. Overall a good beer for an English wheat beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
0,33L Dried apple juice, fermented apple aroma. Rotten egg and milk comes little up. Forest mushrooms on middle. Finish reminds some fruity I.P.A tone. Musty finish is pushing other good tastes.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Clear gold with very thin white head. Slightly buttery slightly estery aroma. More or less a standard golden ale in the mouth with a little bit of butter. Itís clean, but just a bit bland to be honest. Not great condition. Bit too clean.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at home in London with Lyoli - picked up this bottle at Oddbins London Bridge. Pours perfectly clear, rich honey-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Aroma holds buttery biscuits and slight caramel, some doughy bread. Medium sweet flavor, lightly syrupy, some caramel, buttered biscuits, some hay, hints of toasted straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet malty finish, lightly toasted bread, still some dough, a bit more caramel. In itís sugary simplicity it is enjoyable, but itís not a great beer.
