A big bold, in your face, malty beer! A touch of sweetness to start, nuttiness to follow and hoppy-ness to finish. Give it a little time and let this beer develop and tantalise those taste buds with its powerful and delectable kick of Willamette hops. A complex copper coloured fusion of distinction. There’s a lot going on with this cheeky little beer, so take your time and sup it up.

Hazy auburn body with a massively foamy, airy white head. Intriguing herbal and spice hop aroma, that is somewhat warming. Orange cloviness and brown sugar flicker about. The body has a distinct herbal hop character with some green hop and brown sugar notes on the finish. More complex than your typical red ale. Nice stuff.

Cask at the Victoria Station JDW. Amber with a loose white head; malty aroma; rather thin body and a sweet malty taste; with a slight earthiness to finish. A rather ordinary malty bitter.

Cask. Light hazy hazelnut brown with a medium sized beige head. Smokey, fruit, berries, brown sugar, electrical fire. Seems to have some unintended yeast flavours, which take focus and makes it a bit of a strange experience. It is soft and filling and had it not been for the smoke/plastic, I Can imagine it would have been pretty good.

Cask at The Rake, London. It pours a slightly hazy dark copper color with a bronze hue, minimal beige head. Mildly ruity aroma with pears and prunes. Taste is mellow, malty, light sweetish, light alcoholic, again fruity with prunes. Long and dry bitter aftertaste. Overall, ok
