Unclear matt medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, leather, UK. yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, orange hops, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Cloudy copper to brown color, big lasting off-white head. Dry, grainy, roasted scent. Grainy, malty, dry, alcohol, roasted taste. Roasted, nutty, some coffee aftertaste. Medium low mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. "Knäckebröd".

Bottle. Hazy copper/amber beer with a quite nice offwhite head. Hoppy citrus aroma, floral, pepper notes, grapefruit, some pine. Hoppy flavor, roasted, some chocolate, pine, fruity notes, some metal, some soap, citrus, perfume notes. Bitter hop finish with some citrus. The best so far from Byaregården.

Lätt disig kopparfärgad öl med gulvitt skum. Doftar lätt rostat och lite ljust knäckebröd även lite humlebeska åt citrushållet. Nötig smak tillsammans med en ovanligt kraftig beska för att vara en Brown Ale. Ett bra hantverk av det lilla bryggeriet.

Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget. Shady copper, medium tan head. Nutty and slightly roasted aromas with notes of coffe, upon that strong citric and piney hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with firm bitterness. Interesting american style brown ale, a bit rough on the edges, but with potential.
