Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Small head with short duration. Color is murky brown. Aroma and taste are slightly sour.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Acidic, leathery nose. Medium-bodied with a strong sourness and clearly infected. Rather complex notes from the wild yeasts: coconut and vermouth! Interesting in all its flawed ways. 310807

Bottle. [Courtesy of Myrup, another great session @ Papsoe] Small beige head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of herbs, caramel, fruit, spice and underlying sour notes???. The sour notes made Storm proclaimed that it was an Imperial Berliner Weisse….. he he. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with sour notes. Sour finish with a spicy touch. 31-08-2007

Bottle. Pours a hazy red/brownish colour. Quite profound toasty malty spiced caramel aroma. The flavour is quite malty and spiced with a distinct sourness, caramel and bit herby.

Bottled. Hazy deep golden coloured with a medium sized head. Kinda strange - strong peppermint notes and it is also quite sour.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is acidic - my guess is some kind of infection from the bottleling, combined with notes of malt and caramel as well as a touch of peppermint, leaign to a dry bitter and acidic finish with light notes of vegetables. Thanks to Myrup and yespr for providing and sharing.

50 cL bottle thanks to Myrup for bringing. Pours hazy orange with a lacing head. Slight malty and minor citric aroma. Spiced flavour, sour citric must be infected. Not good. Infected!
