Batch 00014! Pale amber color with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of light caramel. Somewhat watery caramel flavor with minimal hop. Quite clean though. Might be a good food beer.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Malt and light toast aroma. Malt and light grain flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and grain linger with light grass.

Darker amber colored body with a slightly off white head. The aroma has some light toffee and boiled potatoes. There are also notes of fall leaves. Sweet oranges and some hints of Tootsie Rolls are the main flavors. There are also some notes of toast. A pleasant brew.

Very light amber with a fizzy head. Mild malty molasses and nutty aroma and taste.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Winn DIxie Liquor Store - 12 oz bottle. Pours a light copper with a tight white head, slight glint to it. Sweet aroma, some maple syrup, root beer. Flavor has some candied sugar notes, a hint of caramel, ripening vegetables - reminds me a bit of a low budget marzen. Mouthfeel is slightly bland and gummy. Much better than the Cable Car lager I had a few months back.

This amber ale poured with a generous white head and a faint caramel aroma. The flavor is a bit sweet with some caramel taste and little else.

Pours like clear apple juice with a small fizzy white head that goes away quickly. The aroma is all sweet, almost like a lager, with dusty malts and fresh cut apple. The flavor is similar but adds a fair amount of sour bite in addition to a dry finish. High carbonation and thin body.

The aroma is malty with a tiny bit of toffee and citrus hops. The appearance is almost amber with a small but respectable head on it. The flavor is astringent with a bread like malt. The palate is OK but the finish is not good. The beer is not what an amber should be.

Slightly sweet, lagerish aroma. Clear Vienna colored beer, with a very thin head. Good label, great cap, twistoff longneck. A slightly sweeter version of their lager, maybe a little more metallic/astringent hopping. Pretty crisp finish with caramel popcorn notes. An attempt to pass off contract brewing as microbrewing. Why did I buy a six of this? Winn DIxie, on Special.

12oz bottle. malty aroma. gold under a creamy, off-white head. moderately sweet beer with malt dominating. light body. low-mod carbonation. a bit sweet and pruney. not bad though.
