Aroma is mainly fruity with a malty undertone. It pours a rather uninspiring clear straw yellow with a typical white head that disappears quickly. Flavor is rather wan, malty and fruity but not nearly as hearty as the aroma. Texture is a bit on the flat side, though there is a little bit of fizz. Nevertheless, I am glad that I gave this one a fair chance.

A bit of a disappointment. Typical pale lager pee gold with no real head to speak of. You can see right through this beer. Weak bitter aromas mixed with something floral. The taste is bitter, a bit citric, but otherwise very bland. Ends with a decent lemon aftertaste. The good thing about it is that it is very refreshing, easy to drink, and the taste is really not offensive just boring.

Bottle- Pale sparkling gold, pours a bleached white cap. Grainy nose also has sugary fruity notes, lemon, cookie dough. Tastes sweet, grassy, of lemon candies and cookie. Good carbonation level, grassy bitter finish. Good. Thanks Dad!

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2011 batch 73 sixer picked up at bevmo. consumed 7/9/10. rich straw yellow...clear... with a very short lived white head. it smells of canned peaches, florals, gum, pale malty sweetness and crisp peppery spice. it tastes the same... quite peachy with a banana thing going on in the back. it is a little creamy yet crisp and tingly. 6/3/6/3/12/3.0

Pours golden and clear with a moderate white head. Nose is almost non-existent, with faint breadiness and skunk being all I can smell. Flavor is unexciting but not bad at all for a pale lager, though there isnít much of it. Hops are almost completely missing but the wheaty malt is weak enough to make it not matter. The best taste is on the finish, where the sweetness comes out a little. Weak and unimpressive but hardly the worst pale lager Iíve had.

Anyway, it pours a bit darker than average with a touch of haze and a small, dissipating white head. All I get from smelling the beer is a tiny hint of overly sweet malt. And the flavor confirms that impression. Actually, the flavor also reveals some vegetal off-notes. However, the biggest offense is that this beer is just incredibly bland. Thereís very, very little flavor. The mouthfeel is watery. I guess itís not offensive or difficult to drink, but thereís basically nothing about this beer that makes me want to drink it.

Pours clear pale gold with a small, fizzy, white head that collapses to a thin ring of bubbles clinging to the glass. The nose is a lightly sweet clean grain note with just the slightest hint of grassy hops on the background; clean but a bit bland. Light-bodied and mildly effervescent with a tight, slightly tinny/grassy finish. The flavor is of light, somewhat doughy malt with a crisp finish. Thereís not a lot going on with this one, but for this style, thatís not really a bad thing. This is a completely serviceable pale lager.

12oz bottle. Rating #30. Light gold color with a thin white head. Sweet, grainy aroma, not very appealing. Flavor is sweet as well and a little bready, not great, but it will do in a pinch.
