Batch 00073! Light gold color with a foamy white head. Smells lightly sweet. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt with very little hop. It is clean. Acceptable, if you want a pale lager.

Bottle. Poured a dark gold with a bright white head. The aroma had notes of raw potatoes and some black pepper spice. The taste has notes of cheap bologna and some old bell peppers. Drinkable, but not really pleasurable.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Winn Dixie grocery store. Pours a lifeless light golden with no head and hardly any bubbles. Metal and hair tonic assault the nose upon pouring. Flavor does not fare much better with some spent olive oil notes, playground monkey-bar metal and a hint of pickle juice. Metal notes find their way in to the mouthfeel as well - feel as if I am sucking on a monkey bar. Very little redeeming qualities to this whatsoever and I’m usually pretty forgiving on pale lagers - color me pissed off that I purchased a whole six of this - thought it would at least be palatable.

Bottle from my friend Nick Wight! What a find!!! Gold pour, white head. Aroma is malty and grainy. Flavor is sweet and a shitload smoother than i would have ever expected. Not half bad for a lager.

The aroma is corn malt and nondescript hops. The appearance is pale gold with a small but decent head. The flavor is simple with mostly malt and some bitter hops. The palate is better than average at first but the finish is watery. Not bad at all. Very true to the style.

Under par aroma, initially a little corny-stinky, with no noticable hop component. Standard twistoff US longneck, bright yellow beer with a starchy head that collapses down to a lacy film. The ticket-style label is kinda cool. Tastes like amateur homebrew. What hopping is there makes the beer metallic and astringent and doesn’t balance the watery sweetness. There’s a little chalky vanilla/chocolate overtone. Quick, fairly crisp finish. Winn Dixie on Magnolia.

Heh, I didn’t realize this was madeby the infamous City Brewery! Man, this stuff is terrible! Dark golden with no head. Aroma was of corn and a ton of acetaldehyde. Flavor much the same, along with being thin and fizzy. When I had a second one straight out of the bottle, I felt it was just about indistinguishable from bud. Found at a Winn Dixie in Orange Park, FL.

This sparkly yellow beer poured with a generous white head and a faint malt aroma. There is a watery pale malt flavor and very little else.
