2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can in a bar in Havana on a very hot day. Looks like fizzy apple juice. Its a bit like Cuban Coors, incredibly bland yet somewhat refreshing in 35°C heat. Have Bucanero instead.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can at home, missed the part its almost a year past its best before date... but well lets give it a go.... golden beer, small head, aroma is not very much, hint of grain, taste is the same, as much a pale lager as it can get

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can, 4.5%. Weak grainy aroma. Clear golden colour. Small unstable frothy white head. The flavour is mildly grainy and bready. Decent malt note. Low bitterness, and not unpleasant. Could do a lot worse on a summer’s day.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of hops and touches of citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and yeast and touches of metal. Bitterish aftertaste with estery notes. Drinkable in hot temperatures but not inspiring as such.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can located in a store in Holguin, Cuba. Pours a golden yellow colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of corn, grass and malt. Rather thin, though crisp and as Cuban lagers go, of those I’ve tried, this is second to Cristal.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Enormous thanks to Krešo for bringing this from Cuba!
Poured a golden body with a thick whtie head. Better than expected really. Stinky corn aroma, sweetish and eggy. Mild sweetish eggy taste, pricky carbonation. Light... humm, guess alcohol. Meh. You can do worse, but not much worse.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Pours golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt and corn. Taste is of malt, hops, grain and flowers. Thin, watery and very average. Very crisp. Good in the Caribbean and a good alternative to Cristal, but nothing too special.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
355 ml can. Pale-golden in the glass, the beer starts very watery. A few malty hints are in the mainpart tastable, a few mouldy hops in the end. The aftertaste is very watery-refreshing, nearly no beer aroma, slightly grainy.
Ideal for a refreshing day in the caribbean, but here in Germany in the evening only good as a session beer. --> 7/12/6/6
