Draft: Full body, complex. Roasted, chocolate, coffee and good hops balance. Bittersweet but very light / drinkable session ale. Food Pairing: Oysters of course!

Bottle, picked up in Guatemala. Deep black colour, big white head. Roasty, smooth, not overly bitter. Very drinkable. Pleasantly surprising!

• Aroma (7/10): Aroma a café, chocolate y alcohol un tanto pronunciado • Apariencia 2/5: o Cabeza (color, consistencia y duración):  Cabeza totalmente oscura cremosa de corta duración. Desaparece dejando escasa nata. o Cuerpo (textura, carbonización, partículas y color):  Totalmente oscura no se aprecian ni partículas ni burbujas. • Sabor 6/10 (inicio, final y duración): o Inicio: Inicio bastante amargo casi ofensivo. o Mucho humo. Como probar carne quemada. Bastante duración. • Paladar 2/5 (Cuerpo, textura, carbonización, final). o Cuerpo ligero, delgado, sin sensación burbujeante. Final astringente y una ligera sensación ligosa en la garganta Resumen 13/20: Ya parece ser costumbre que las cervezas Cadejo dejen ligosa la garganta, cosa que detesto. Pero La negra posee la distinción de cuando menos ser una cerveza oscura respetable. Me agradó más que la Guinness aunque ninguna merece ser llamada “Irish Stout”. Eso sí, al precio que se consigue acá en Guatemala, es mejor comprarse una Baltika 6 o incluso una Brooklyn.

Bevuta a san pedro de la laguna. Aroma di malti torrefatti, corpo leggero come da stile, sapore dove prevale torrefatto con una lieve nota di cioccolato amaro. Dry stout ben fatta.

12oz pour at the brewery. Near black with a slight, off-white head. Plenty of chocolate character, roasted malts and a touch of vanilla before a dry finish. Good.
