Descripción/Description: Elaborada de una mezcla de 4 finas cebadas alemanas, malteadas y tostadas y una robusta selección de 3 lúpulos americanos y británicos. Elaborated from a blend of 4 fine german malts, and a robust selection of 3 American and British hop strains. Color: Ámbar, Cobre Intenso - Amber, Deep Copper Aroma y Sabor – Smell and taste: Floral y especies con un sutil toque a tostado. Floral and spicy with a sutil toasted touch.

Draft: draft at Casta’s 40th b day. Batch #2. Fruity, sweet Malt base, hoppy with dry finish. Food Pairing: Margarita Pizza.

Had this on draft whilst in San Salvador. Poured a clear bright reddish copper colour with thin slightly off white head. Aroma is relatively hoppy, grassy and slightly yeasty. Perhaps a little metallic? Taste is very hoppy and slightly malty. Bitter finish.

12oz pour at the brewery. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop. The flavor is medium to weak bitter with a malty liqourice caramel palate and a smooth bitter finish.
