500ml bottle. A new producer for me. Clear, orangey colour. Very slight petillance. Fruity and rather sweet. Tang of acidity at the end but very low on tannin making this seem a little sickly, at least to my palate. OK but not that traditional in feel and not too challenging. I’m not really one for sweeter ciders anyway.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. A clear & fairly lively deep golden orange colour with fine, mostly disappearing white head. Quite sweet upfront with a nice counterbalancing dryness behind it on the nose also with a subtle tanginess. Quite crisp & fresh all round. Lots sweeter on the palate. Low carbonation, relatively soft & easy drinking. Little sourness or bitterness. Plenty sweet with an ever so delicate funk. A touch of pear & white grape too. Dominated by the sweetness but very drinkable. 5.5%

Golden with a small white head. Sweet apple aroma with notes of oak and funk. Sweet and rich red apple flavour with a wooden note and a hint of tartness in the finish

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.

Clear medium orange colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apple, red apples, light vanilla, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, red apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Bottle @ Chris O’s. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Tart and fresh apples. Some barnyard. Sweet and sticky, yet very tasty. Smooth.

Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is alcohol, some mild toffee or slight notes of quite sweet. Flavour is apples, some fruits, mild vinegar and acidic notes. Pleasantly dry, but a bit sweet for me tasting.
