COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Legend has it the fishermen of Central America sought the Great Loggerhead Turtle in warm tropical waters. It was tribal belief that this powerful turtle, also known as the "Caguama", symbolized good fortune for the fisherman’s village. It’s our hope that you too will experience the good fortune of the "Caguama". Salud!

(946ml bottle, courtesy of thirdeye11) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of skunk’s spray. Flavor of grass, malt, and skunkiness. Horrid.

Seems lightly skunky. Brassy gold color with a light white head that filmed. Thin to medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Not too sure about skunk; could be a strange veg. Some hints of honey. Virtually no bitter in the finish. Guess it’s ok, it just bears no relationship to my concept of a pilsener. At least as good as Bud; could be better.

Bottle from Kroger. Clear pale color with a large frothy white head thar diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light grass hop aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light balanced bitter sweet flavor with a light short finish. Drinkable summer brew.

Rating number 100 for this bad boy. Straight from a big ass 32 oz glass bottle...oh yeah! Clear yellow color. Aroma has lots of corn, not much different than any typical Mexican lager actually. Flavor is much the same as a corona. Light, skunky hops, corn, sweetness. I actually thought it would be a lot worse than it is.

Bottle from ilovedarkbeer. Small fizzed away white head and a clear pale yellow. Aroma is room filling of skunk, some butter, malt, and hay. Taste is cold buttered toast. Fizzy mouthfeel. crap...

Bottle. Central American marketing strikes again - a clear bottle mimicking guess which brand. Slight malt aroma. Bright yellow color with slight head. Light corny malt flavor - very watery. Better than Corona but not by much.

This is better than arriba but not better than corona, less bitters...For the price this beer is good, but also lacks in the taste department, good but not great! What other beers come from el salvador?

Smells like sweet grainy adjuncts. Body is a watery yellow, almost urine like. No head at all. The grain tastes a little honey like. The beer is also somewhat crisp, but I cant get over the adjuncty taste. However it is better than pretty much every light american beer that there is. It is very refreshing too. I can drink about 15 of these in a sitting.
