Draft. Poured dark brown with a medium-sized tan head. Aroma was roasted malt. Flavor was roasted malt, mild bitterness (from the roasted malt not hops). Slightly astringent mouthfeel. Light to medium weight. Very drinkable. Once again, Cahaba comes through with a well-done, slightly off the beaten track brew.
