Can (thanks to the Lake of Constance!): Clear, light amber coloured, stable small white head, mineralic-metallic nose with some fruity malt underneath; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied to watery; short and thin malty-fruity finish with a discreet bitterness. Not a really necessary brew...

440ml can from Tesco. Attractive design on the can with an image of an Indian elephant carrying hops in his trunk. Thin toffee taste, slightly metallic, with a slight dusting of hops in the finish. This is a drinkable beer. Cheap as chips, and low abv. Knock ’em back.
2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 zacgillbanks (953) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2012
Can from Tesco, Hexham. Unusually copper coloured (for a pale ale) with creamy red fruity and burnt toffee flavours and a slight roasted finish. Very good considering its low ABV.
