500ml bottle from Asda, Liverpool. Amber colour with thin beige head. Some plummy fruit aroma with an odd mix of hop on the finish. Bit too sweet in mouth. Finish is decent. Bit of candy sugar. Not a huge fan of this or the cask version either.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 yngwie (10761) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 12, 2011
Bottle. A lightly unclear, golden beer with a minimal sized, off-white head. Malt forward beer with an obvious raisin aroma. Some citrusy, earthy hoppyness. Dry, full-bodied and a bit hard on the carbonation. Lightly roasted caramel flavor with the raisins shining through. Some bitterness in the finish. Nothing wrong with this one, but it’s really, really boring. 111112

Pours clear amber with a fine, medium, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has sweet fruitiness, some raisin, caramel, light red apple, herbal hops. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, fairly malty, caramel, some raisin texture and sweetness, light grapes. Good floral and light herbal bitterness in the finish. Quite fresh and drinkable.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Maria (9572) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2011
It’s dark bronze with a creamy head, and after having become a little warmer, the notes appear more clearly. Both aroma and the sweet flavour has notes of malt, fruit and hints of raisin, and the finish is dry with hints of citrus and candy-sugar. Not as interesting as I hoped.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Very week light bitter flavor. Week raisin notes. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. Not worth the money.
