Pours chestnut with a small, frothy off-white head. Aroma is mild, some light flowery hops and a good caramel base. Low carbonation. Fine light dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is light flowery hoppy, light caramel base. Good bitterness in the end. Quite fine.

Cask. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Melon notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Cask. Nice head with medium duration. Color is golden/amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, and fruits.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, although vague. Citrusy and mild fruity flavoured. Dry and bitter. Mild fruity and bitter finish. Vague malty presence.

Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head.
Fruity aroma of caramel and hops.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grass.
Hoppy finish.

Clear amber with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with caramel, hops and fruity notes. Slightly sweet flavour with caramel, pine, fruity hops, toasted malt and caramel. Finished dry and bitter.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, and malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. The body is light.

Half pint seasonal (April) cask ale, 4.3% abv, served lightly chilled at the cosy Brewery Tap in Liverpool. Creamy, white head that left spotty lacing on the original Cains glass. Amber-golden body with bright clarity. Lemony-orange aroma. Taste of citrus fruits culminating in a bitter aftertaste. Dry and refreshing (04.05.2009).

Cask, Cains Brewey Tap. Darkish golden colour, with a lingering creamy off white head. Hoppy, grapefruit aroma. Smooth and fruity with some hoppiness. Dryish finish. Yeah, I dig this.
