Aroma is moderate malty, light hoppy, perfume, moderate yeasty, banana, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A pale dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of lemon as well as medium notes of wheat and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Huge thanks to Papsoe for this bottled that had been evading me.

50 cL botle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is wheaty and estery fruity. Dry malty and slight fruity flavoured. Bitter and dry with a lasting malty note coming through. Dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with no head. Lightly spicy nose. Light body, a little sweet caramel and a whiff of cardboard. No bitterness. Wauw, bland indeed. 080510

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, mild banana as well as some mild herbal and spicy notes. Flavour is citrus and wheat with mild spices. Papery finish.

Clear amber colorured with a small white head.
Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, bananas and hops.
Fruity flavour of caramel with notes of yeast and bananas.
Spicy finish.
Light watery.

Bottle @ chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008. Pours a clear golden color with asmall white head. Has a sweetish wheat malty aroma with some hints of citrus. Swetish wheat malty flavor with some fruity hints. Has a sweetish malty fruity finish.

Bottle, 4%. Fruity aroma, a bit of plum and sherry. Hazy amber colour, very small head. Thin flavour, sherry notes, not very good.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt and hops.
