Bottle. Amber with a small head. Aromas are wheat and caramel malts. Strangely has a touch of Chinese sweet and sour sauce. Some citrus. Flavours are toffee malts with dry tea. Mellow wheat with some citrus. Slightly herbal with a decent sparkle.

Aug 20, 2008 Bottle, 4%. Fruity aroma, a bit of plum and sherry. Hazy amber colour, very small head. Thin flavour, sherry notes, not very good.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, mild banana as well as some mild herbal and spicy notes. Flavour is citrus and wheat with mild spices. Papery finish.

Aug 4, 2008 Bottle at Chris_o pre GBBF Shindig 08. Gold, thin white head. Some banana on aroma. Clove in mouth is unsubtle and too over the top. That’s too unsubtle and too unbalanced. Poor.
