3rd February 2011 Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Loads of beers shared with ChrisO and Harrisoni - Cheers! Clear dark brown beer. Residual tan coloured head. Dried fruit and mild toffee malt in good balance. A decent autumnal ale. Dry finish.

Pale and slightly rich aroma. Bronze coloured fruity and pale with some bitterness in a crisp and dry full malt finish.

Cask (handpump) @ The National Winter Ales Festival 2008, Manchester, UK. Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sugar, light licorice and cola. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (170108)
