Distinctive aroma, but canít place it maybe liquorice. Coppery in colour inviting. Dry and malty, palate lends itself to a lazy afternoon rather than a session. Pleasant, but already pondering a different beer.

Poured from a cask on hand at the Inverness airport. Has no aroma to speak of, eery really. Pours with a perfect head, solid as a rock, and a fine brown-copper body. Flavour is a nice sweet malt and hazelnut flavour with a dry finish. Its very tasty and highly sessionable.
