50 cl bottle from local market. Really strong elderflower nose. Light watery body with aroma like flavors. Short finish.

Big elderflower here and IPAish tones on the tounge. Its got apricots flowing through the taste along with big florals and mightly refreshing. Average in places and very good at the same time. I really like it and my cold is saying no aroma to note but the flavour is saying, yeah go. Looks like a meaty pils. One of those beers that is slightly hard to rate actually. If you’re in the mood you’ll love it. And heh, 1.25 from as asda. Can I have some more elderberry beer please sir? Lovely stuff!

Thanks to Sean! 10/12/10/10

500ml bottle: BBD 28 Sep 15. Shared between two of us on 26th Oct 14. Clear, bright golden body with a thin head of white foam. The nose had a floral hop front with mild malt notes. The taste was also hop floral, with some light maltiness. Not a great beer in my eyes.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. There’s some pale malts in the aroma, with cheesy hints. Mostly fruity. The flavor has some bitterness to deal with the pale malts. Rather fruity, with a cheesy hint. Medium to full body with soft carbonation, semi-dry. Some bitterness in the finish too. Lasting fruity finish with a good bitterness. A decent one, but nothing special going on. 140726

Very hoppy fruit aroma. Slightly cloudy golden colour with excellent head. Smokey flavour up front with hints of citrus fruit in the finish. Very creamy medium body with medium carbonation.

Pale golden beer with a bubbly head and an aroma of citrus and something I can’t quite place which I assume must be the elderflower. The flavour light and zesty with, again, what I assume to be elderflower. I’ve not had elderflower in any other form before and I suspect I’m not a fan. It’s a perfectly palatable beer and I’d certainly try the cask if I saw it but it’s not really to my taste.

Floral aroma, obvious elderflower on the nose and taste. Refreshing and zesty, I preferred the cask version though there’s not too much difference.
