Very similar to other Cairngorm beers in the range with golden colour and a clean pure white head. Light on the hops and clean but certainly nothing very challenging or memorable.

Bottle BBE: 28 Dec 2015. Well-chilled. Pours a clear amber, with a moderate white head that’s patchy when receded. Bright aroma of lemon zest and elderflower. Quite bready/yeasty with a hint of butyric. Very light sweetness and a light-medium bitterness. Balanced yet interesting. Fullish body attributable to wheat content, giving a coarse texture. Lively on the tongue with a medium-length finish. Wheat is the star here in a sessionable ale that stands out from the crowd.

Bottle from Croydon Whistle Stop. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is big floral notes, sweet elderflower and candied citrus. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, smooth, elderflower cordial, citrus peel and toasty grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking. No complaints here.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - green stalky plus lemon/lime zest. A bit floral. Taste - more lemon and lime zest with a light malty backdrop. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - nice balanced session ale.

500ml bottle shared with AshtonMcCobb. Aromas of lemon, light malt. Taste is floral hop bitter, more citrus, light malt. Better than I was expecting to be honest!

500 ml bottle. Clear pale golden body with a medium sized white head. Rather weak in aroma with some citric fruit and a floral touch. Flavor is light, soft, pale malt, slightly citric fruity, hint of flowers and light bitterness. Medium body and short in aftertaste. Drinkable, no faults but rather palin and one-dimensional. One of these beers that make me bored before finishing the bottle and decides to open something else meanwhile and then finishing it later just to have it done whiteout pouring an expensive bottle down the drain. Still nothing really wrong with it.
