Bottle from Dobbies Garden Centre. Pours light orange colour. Elderflower flavour is very strong and overpowers everything else but still a very refreshing beer for a summer evening

From The Old Bridge Inn, Aviemore after a walk in the Abernethy Forest. Elderflower aroma was strong, refreshing & spritzy with a good hop finish. The best of the 5 Cairngorm beers I tried while camping nearby.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A nice rounded taste without a wow factor. The perle hoping came accross as subtle and supported the refined bitterness. But I donít really get this as a wheat beer / malted barly combo. Apparently brewed with elderflower this didnít come through in the least. At best a drinkable cask ale at worste confused. Drunk at the Gelnuig Inn with Stuart and Bridgid.
