Il problema grosso che secondo me me l’hanno servita troppo fredda alla spina, ma nel complesso è una birra fatta benone, che si è dolciastra ma non stucca...

(Bottle 0,5l) Light spicy, nuts, malty aroma. Cloudy brown color. Minimal light brown head. Light sweet, some nuts, light spicy/peppery taste. Sticky texture. Warm finish. Interesting, unusual.

Found this beer. At a bazzar at every months first saturday it is take a place. In piazza de Santa Croce. They have couple of home brewing beers and also amazing italian beers. They give this for free and they told me it was the second awarded 2008 brewing contest. Well I think i am going to love spice/herb/Vegetable style. Very Brown and cloudy colour. And small head. Very nuty and dry taste. But amazing backfront. Medium taste but very nice beer. I will have it again some other time.

Nearly no head, deeper red-brown beer. Nice, slightly roasted (chest)nut aroma. Human sweat in the taste, +/- buttery, but no diacetyl, rather the iso-butyricetceteraetcetera. Bit creamy MF, medium body. OK, if not really great - nice nose, though.
