2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Allen (2670) - SWITZERLAND - APR 17, 2007
Nice light yellow colour, good carbonation. Beautiful head. Bready, citrussy, herbal flavours, a touch of caramel, light flowery bitterness. Easy drinkable. Not overly impressing though. Lacks in taste. Hardly any overwhelming aromas. Not a bad beer though.
2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 voota (765) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - OCT 4, 2006
Very pale with a medium sized white head. Aroma is bready, with some decent floral and citrus notes. The taste is fairly plain, with some citrus flavours, a touch of caramel and a medium bitterness. The finish is clean and crisp. The rating was probably enhanced by the stunning scenery of the Swiss alps that the beer was enjoyed in.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Aubrey (3339) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - SEP 23, 2006
On tap in Adelboden, Switzerland: Clear and light colored. Quickly rising bubbles, like champagne. Fairly long-lasting, frothy-white head. Tingly, lively carbonation. Sweet malt base (sweet bread, dough, dried malt extract and a pinch of caramel). Had some richness and body even though it’s a relatively light beer. Mild, flowery/herbal bitterness. Not overly exciting by any means, but it was non-offensive and pretty easy to drink.

Compact and adherent foam, discreet. Limpid yellow color; little bubbly. Ordinary and lightly watery scent. No particular scent. Bitterish taste, much simple one and with a evanescent finish.
