black with light brown head. Aroma of coffee and cookie dough. Slightly sweet cookie with coffee flavor, medium-to-full body, rounded flavor, nice roast. Good beer!

22oz bottle from "Lifesource" Salem. $4.99 Blackest of black body with a nice thick, frothy tan head. Aroma is surprisingly fruity at first, berries maybe blackberries, then you get vanilla and semi-dark roast coffee. Taste is similar but more roasty..its very smooth and almost creamy. Mouth-feel for style is actually quite light, but that’s not a bad thing. I enjoyed this stout very nice stuff

Really big stout. Tastes similar to the Pooya Porter, but denser, bigger, and much smokier. Smokey flavor almost comes to dominate but not enitirely unpleasent.

On tap at Hop Valley. Going to assume it was this stout since the reviews match up more than the other stout from Calapooia on here. Poured out deep brown with a huge tan head and solid lacing left behind. Aroma was hefty with coffee, some chocolate and some roasted malts. Flavor was fairly heavy bodied coffee with some cream, chocolate and roast. Pretty solid beer, better than I was anticipating.
