Aroma – Dark malt with toffee and chocolate aromas.
Appearance – Dark Brown in color, Thin head and clear.
Flavor – Very nice porter flavor. The dark roasty malts where very nice and very fresh with this beer.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – One of the best beers for the day at Calapooia Brewing.
