22 oz botttle from "Lifesource", salem. $4.95 Hazy orange beer with a huge rocky, cloudlike eggshell white head. Aroma a bit subdued but mostly resiny hop. Taste is again mostly resiny hop with a nice toasted malt back..simple yet quite elegant. Nice on the palate, liked the mellow ,long bitter aftertaste. An OK PNW IPA

Pours a crisp copper with a lingering foamy head. Strong hop smell with a moderately hoppy taste. Not too heavy for an IPA. Great all-around beer.

Bomber from "Made in Oregon". Pours hazy copper with a creamy white head. Undernote of roasted caramel, but the main play is a crazy conglomeration of hop aroma. Light pitted fruit, citrus and resin - at least. Med body or better. Flavor is a bit caramel, but there’s still a lot of pitted fruit, citrus, resin and I’m thinking floral. It’s very hoppy, tho not harshly bitter, and it’s just on the dry and bitter side. Needs imperialization.

Bottle. Dark amber with a big head. Light fishy hop aroma. Big weird fruit hop flavour. Kiwi and grapefruit?

22 oz bottle from Mainbrew - Clear orange with a pillowy white head. Pleasant aroma with minor hop tinges. Smooth drinking. Nice bitterness on the middle of the tongue. Very nice beer.

Bomber served in a tulip. Slightly hazy dark orange with a large head. Excellent retention and substantial lacing. Stinky, grassy, and floral hop nose. Bitter palate. Medium body, sticky, resiny texture, and an oily, bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. A good enough India Pale Ale but just a bit too sweet and not quite enough bitterness fo my taste. A good beer in the summer after work.

Nose is piney with notes of floral C hops, light citrus, and caramel. Pours hazy amber, decent head and nice retention. The flavor has notes of caramel, pine, light citrus, and a good dose of floral hops. Malt centric with a spicy hop finish. A little too much caramel for me to get too into.

Draught@Horse Brass Pub, Portland
Slightly hazy amber color, small white head. Tropical fruity hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, but weak palate. Woody-piney hoppyness, dry finish. Hints of caramel malts? Session IPA.
