Sampled at Calapooia in Albany, OR--Growler filler of this brew to go! Poured a mild amber-copper body with a small fluffy whitish head. Nutty malty medium spiced hops. Great balance of malt and hops with a gentle push of creamy English yeastiness. Great session beer.

Hoppy for an amber ale, though with a nice color. Super light beer in body, really lacking in maltiness.

Aroma – Good malt and hops aroma balance.
Appearance – Amber in color, Thin head and clear.
Flavor – Has a good use of malts for flavoring. Medium to bitter with the hops.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice amber ale.

on tap-pours a thin off white head and gold color. Aroma is mild medium malt. Taste is medium malt-caramel, secondary/faint hops-slight bitterness. Mild carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours copper with a soft off-white head. Soft caramel flavor fades to a bready finish with herbal citrus hops. One of the better year round beers on their menu.
