COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

This is the best mexican iterpretation of the style, it lacks body, but i think its a good example, pours black whit thin brown head with poor retention, it has an intense aroma with notes of roasted malts, chocolate, citrus fruits, caramel and chili, yes they brew it with mexican chiles, and i think that works pretty well. Body is medium to robust, the flavor is medium to high bitter and medium sweet, citrusy fruit and chili notes get intendified in th finish.

Bottle and tap. Pours an opaque, not-quite-black brown with a medium tan head and lively carbonation. Aroma is predominantly sweet; very grainy with mild undertones of chocolate, chiles, and smoke. Flavor is pleasant; full of roasted malt with just a bit of bitter chocolate and burnt caramel.

Pours dark color with lot of foam, caramel malt and some fruits in the aroma, taste like chocolate, coffee and caramel , really nice beer.

Very nice brewed and nice roasted malts. I liked the concept since the historical aspect top the taste and aroma. VEry nice foam.
