COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

tmoreau (1347) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 21, 2010
330 ml. bottle poured to my 1/2 pint taster glass, with a hazed, orange/gold color, modest, off white, bubbly head foam that diminished quickly to a bubbly ring and film, leaving some intermittent ribbons of lacing. The aroma was some light tartness, mid-fruit, a hint of funky yeast, light sweetness, and a touch of caramel. A little cardboardy oxidation was noticed in the flavor, which was mainly mid-fruit and apple, medium hop bitterness, and noticeable alcohol. The body was medium, and the carbonation was low. Probably cellared a little too long, but the abv helped to smooth any flaws.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. aroma of sweetness, yeast. fruits and spice. Flavour of spice, fruits, yeast and orange. Medium bodied. Dry yeasty end. Quite balanced, but not enough power in flavour and aroma for my likings.

It was just delightful, all of you would say it’s the best beer in Mexico so far. BEsides the label and comments are great. It has those orange features both in taste and aroma, even in the appearance.
