COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Citric and floral aroma, the flavor is a little bit citric (orange) with presence of clove.

Bouteilel 500 ml. 4.8% Couleur jaune or voilée. Arpome d’agrume.

I don’t really have any notes for this either, just the numbers. It’s a pretty standard but weak witbier. Very cloudy. Yeast, citrus and coriander aroma. Dry beer with some spice and citrus. Not bad, but not overly inspiring either.

Bottle: Friend brought it back from Mexico to El Salvador. Good to see craft beers being produced south of the border and offer more variety. Taste is light, with notes of orange and hints of coriander over a malt base. Is a bit off-style, food pairing: anything this beer won’t compete.

Bottle, 330ml. Pretty disappointing. Pours a clear, milky classic witbier colour with no head at all. You can barely make anything out in the aroma. Taste is of citrics and wheat, really acid. Poor beer.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate yeasty, soap, coriander notes. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

Cloudy golden with winy white head. Sweet aroma with coriander, wheat and malty notes. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat, hops and coriander notes. Finished bitter. The pale ale could have used some of this ones hops.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of pomerans, wheat, and lemon, leading to a dry lemony finish.
