Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, light heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus, orange, licorice notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091031]

Tasting at Papsø, can
Hazy light amber color. Good amount of hops in the nose, and biscuity darker malts. Sweetish caramel flavor, with a biscuity touch, and good bitterness. The final is a bit puckery. Good anyway, straight American Amber.

Cloudy amber with a tiny off white head. Hoppy aroma with caramel, toasted malt and abricots. Hoppy flavour with grapefruits, abricots, caramel and toasted malt. Finished dry and bitter.
