Jun 10, 2009 Great pine hops aroma. Nice head. Well balanced bitterness with decent carbonation. Relatively smooth mouthfeel and incredibly drinkable.

Jun 7, 2009 Always happy to drink beer from a can, it just feels like all is right with the world. Especially when you consider its delicious. A nice hoppy little number citrus fruits abound. Some seet malty present as well, nice balance.

Jun 2, 2009 Can, served in a shaker glass. Pours a lightly hazed light amber with a decent sized off-white head that lasts for most of the glass. Smells of citrus, nuts, caramel, and grass. Nicely balanced flavor with citrus, pine, and toffee. Sweet at first sip but transitions into bitterness. Has a full, coating mouthfeel. Finishes clean and bitter. Quite possibly the most balanced IPA I can recall having, especially from the West Coast. Tons of flavor and body for its relatively light 6.1% abv. Excellent.

May 30, 2009 Nice, light hoppy aroma...some notes of citrus and pine. Flavor is hoppy with pine, resin and herbal notes prevalent...nice sweet malt backbone to complement the hops. A very nice session IPA.

May 27, 2009 Can. Dark amber pour. Short white head. Nose is hoppy, slightly piney with sweet malt caramel and grapefruit juice. Taste is piney with more caramel, sweet malts, citrus oils, light grapefruit and spicy hops. Body is creamy, light oily/resinous feel with a medium overall feel on the palate. Ends with more caramel, citrus, spicy hops, light pine and toasted malt. Tasty!

May 25, 2009 Gold amber with a head that leaves plenty of lacing. Both spicy and citrus hops in the aroma, as well as a bit of funkiness. Earthy with definite grapefruit flavors. Bitterness lingers but is not overwhelming.

May 23, 2009 Dark orange, creamy off white head (great lacing left behind). Soft toasted toffee and candied orange peel aromas warm to lighter floral earthy pine-like notes. Sturdy floral citric hop bite up front with a well balanced caramel malt backbone. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, bittersweet finish. A very well done session IPA...
