It had a soft aroma, citrusy hops over sweet pale malt. The flavor began with a toffee/caramel sweetness, soon balanced (or more) by a sturdy PNW hop bitterness. Not bad. mephisto (1144), Taiwan

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 21, 2009 Pours coppery with a two finger, fluffy, off white head. Aroma is citrus and piney hops. Flavor is dominated by the hoppy bitterness with not enough malt to balance it out. Thats great if you enjoy hop bombs like me. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 17, 2009 Can. Pours deep copper to deep gold at bottom of glass with 2-finger fluffy white head. Nose is huge hops, melon, grapefruit, mango, berry....marvelous aroma in this!. Tastes very hoppy, mangoey, tangeriney, with caramel malt and strawberry. The nose and flavor in this remind me a lot of Stone 10, but it falls off a bit late and becomes a bit muddled. Nonetheless, this one is a great IPA, with hops out the ass. xmarcnolanx (792), Kirkwood, Missouri, USA

Taste is sweet, slightly onion on the flavor. A bit of wateriness, some passion fruit, and biscuit.
Finish is bitter, and lingers.
