12oz can pours hazy dark ruby red brown with 2 finger head. Nose is sweet fruity malt, vegetal pine. Taste is overly-malty, sweet cough drop fruits, some pine. Finish is bitter malty pine and sweet medicinal fruit. Another way too malty "IPA" that is barely hoppy and closer to a pseudo-barleywine. Sigh.

Pours a clear classic golden with a large well-retaining white head. Balanced bouquet. Full, smooth mouthfeel. Nice hop profile. Good IPA.

Smells floral, citrusy, pine, pineapple and lightly syrupy. Pours slightly cloudy dark golden with a finisher width white head, looks if low carbonation. Tastes like grapefruit, floral, pine resin, woodsy, peppery, slightly sweet and slightly malty. Body is medium, moderate carbonation, bitter finish almost astringent. A tasty beer, walking the astringent line, but delicious. I like my IPAs with a bid more malt, but this is a nice change from the citrus heavy IPAs I have been having as if late.

Can. Pours a cloudy tan orange color with full head. Aroma of caramel, floral hop, grains and malt. Malty balanced beer with a medium bitterness. Not the freshest can of ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured cloudy from a can. Taste of pine with a hint of citrus. Strangely the hops take a back seat, but linger in the aftertaste providing some bitterness. Not a distinctive IPA.

Pours very attractive transparent gold color. Nose of citrus and pine. Taste is some citrus followed by hops, but not overly bitter. A good, drinkable IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can - deep gold with an average head. Had an ashy taste up front, earthy, malty, bread taste. Medium body. Not my favorite.

12oz can picked up today at the COOP... poured into my Cigar City Teku.. nice eggshell white head atop a crystal clear lite amber brew.. good lacing.. Nose is pretty fresh smelling CCC hops... pale malts and a very minor caramel is way in the background. Flavor has a fair amount of toasty malts with it.. the hops are mainly in the front with bittering in the in the back close toward the finish with some pithy citrus skin... mid-palate is more about the malts.. toasty with minor some lesser caramel.. mouthfeel is a tad heavier than expected.. sorta full with a good carbonation that still leans toward the creamy side of things. A good IPA that I think is very drinkable, but seems to not find a real identity in the traditional American IPA style.. don’t get me wrong, this is a pretty nice beer.. but the maltiness seems a tad high and maybe too pronounced with toastiness and caramel.

Can back from bruisin ales. Grassy and a littel funky earthy aroma. Flavor is some toasty grain and a little bit of caramel. Burnt toffee. Finish is smooth and light and grassy again.
