Poured from the 12oz can. Dark amber / orange color with a frothy cream colored head. Aroma is caramel malt with earthy hops. Flavor is similar with a malty base with caramel and bready notes and earthy and piney hop notes. Medium bodied with a long finish. Decent brew but a little sweet for an IPA.

McWorta (1519) - LUXEMBOURG - DEC 9, 2015
Deeply opalescent copper coloured (20 EBC) with a pillowy off white head and good lacings. Aromas of toast, pine/spruce and lovely notes of earthy herbal grass with notes of peach and notes of a light tropical fruit salad with oranges develop. Subtle carbonation, slick and medium bodied. Light toast sweetness with a well kept light resinous piney hop bitterness with a light astringent kick to it develops a dry finish.

Taste is caramel, barley sugar boiled sweets, grapefruit and orange peel, pine. A fairly standard tasting American IPA these days, but a good one.
