On tap, poured into a shaker. The aroma is mild and malty with hints of caramel and citrus. The beer is clear and oily with a rich copper orange head and a dense, light tan foam that has great retention and lace. The medium bodied beer is balanced at a medium, smooth bittersweet level. The oily texture has a fuzzy carbonation with flavors of toffee and bread crust with a bit of citrus joining at the finish. The aftertaste is bready with clean citrus.
