Can (12 oz) bought @ Winooski Beverage Warehouse.

Appearance: Clear pale yellow/golden with a medium quickly diminishing but easy to revive creamy off-white head and good lacing.

Aroma: Mild, but interesting nonetheless with a nice herbal presence, light spiciness, lemon, fresh cereals and light apples notes.

Taste: Crisp malts, freshly cutted grass, light spiciness, lemony notes and mild honeyed sweetness.

Palate: Light body. Lively carbonation. Clean and crisp mouthfeel while being a bit fluffy too. Dry and herbal finish. Mild moderately lasting spiciness.

Overall: Best Pale Lager I have ever had by a fair margin. A beer I would easily drink a 4-pack while working outside on hot summer days (only the days I don’t have a fresh Walden growler in the fridge though). Well executed light quenching beer.

Draft. Faint aroma of wet grass. A whole lot of flavor from a 3.9% beer. Lots of lemon with some... pepper? As good as any American lager.

Can from Brewforia. Clear golden, medium depth with lots of bubbles. Big fluffy white head and tons of lacing. The nose is rather potent; sweet, grassy, and corn syrup. Taste follows the aroma with more emphasis on grass and lager malt. A little bit of cereal grains. Crisp finish. Medium body weight and a silky feel. Not a lot going here, but good for what it is.

Can from Sake Taniguchi (World Beer Market). Minimal malty nose, grass, hint of lemon. Light gold straw, thin white head. Some small pale malts, sweet, a touch of citrus, and moves to a powdery cake-mix sweetness in finish. Thin body. So-so..... expected more from Caldera.

Pretty nice session beer. Very well balanced with a nice bready backbone and some grainy bitterness at the end.

Pours a finger of head on a clear golden body. The aroma is a nice dry grain smell. The taste is a mild to moderate pine bitterness, slowly moves to a honey sweet finish. Great profile. The texture is crisp and a little fizzy. An excellent lager.

Tin, 355ml from Jude the Obscure, Jericho, Oxford. Pale gold with fizzed white head. Thin, corny, malty beer with an over sweet character. Some honey notes perhaps, but really a lemonade beer.

12 oz can pour. Pours a super light color with a faint lemon grassy aroma. Super easy drinking beer, as expected. Light bready flavor with some subtle grassy flavors as well. Just a tad sweet. Really sessionable beer for me. I could kill a ton of these watching football all day. Pretty impressive light beer for me. Enjoyed this.

~sweet grainy malt aroma, pils malt character, noble spicy hop, sour hay aroma that is found in other pale lagers, light sulfur. ~Pours clear golden color with small creamy white head. ~Light sweet malt bready character balanced with spicy floral noble hops. Slight sourness. ~light bodied, high sharp CO2, quick sweet than dry finish. ~Enjoyable pale lager. Crisp and refreshing as it should be. Could drink these all day.
