Bottle - Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Nose is corn and grain, pale malt and just a touch of floral hops. Taste is corn, pale malt, mineral water, and a hint of dusty yeast. Well-carbonated medium body. Had higher expectations for this one--a disappointment.

Pours a clear golden color with a moderate head. Has that weird disgusting sweetness to it that a lot of lagers have. Not one of the better beers I’ve had.

Bottle. The pour was a clear pale yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white fizzy head that diminished rapidly, down to a sparse film with a very small collar and some poor spotty lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt, a mild grassy hop and a soapy yeast with a strong adjunct odor (rice and grain). The taste was lightly acidic and had a light mild sweetness throughout with an ever so light bitterness at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a mild grainy Lager taste left to linger for a short time longer. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a solid medium carbonation. Overall a pretty basic tasting Lager, that is nice and low in alcohol and light enough not to fill you up. In other words, a great session beer that would be a good addition to a hot days beer selection... http://www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeer

22 oz. bottle- Pours pale golden with a thin soapy white head. Aroma is crisp clean crystal malts, moderately peppery in the finish. The taste is crystal malts, dry finish, little hops, refreshing and boring. Body is thin and carbonation is high. Overall it is a good pale lager, but I can’t see a reason to ever buy again.

From the bomber while grilling chicken. This beer is just what they set out to make. Corn malt, lager yeast notes. Pretty good though, dedefinitely better than most lagers.

Bomber. Pours clear yellow with lots of bubbles and small white head. The aroma is wet hay and a little bit of honeyish sweetness. The flavor is a bit bland at first sip with just a little bit of melon and hay. In the finish, though, is a light malty sweetness with honey, melon, and lemon zest qualities. There is a bit of apple-like tartness to cut it. I guess this is pretty good for what it is.

Bottle from Davis Bottle Shoppe. Pours clear yellow with a modest white head and a floral aroma. There is a fruity light malt flavor with a carbonated slightly bitter finish.

22 oz bottle. Clear yellow with a pure white head. Light bready malt aroma with some noble grassy/herbal hops. Flavor is bitter with a nice malty character that comes in towards the end. Light body with active carbonation and a clean, crisp, refreshing mouth feel. Great light session beer that still has some flavor.

Bottle:   I initially thought this was infected as the head exploded when I poured it.   Nope, just overcarbonated.   Pale straw, slight haze, HUGE frothy white head, nice lacing, very strong carbonation.   Soft grassy nose, a little straw and hay.   Very faint floral notes.   Super smooth on the tongue, albiet very prickly because of the carbonation.   Has a grassy/straw background, yet its not terribly strong.   Clean, and flavor enough to last past the finish.   This is one of the better Pale Lagers I have had.   Has a smidgen of floral/fruity notes as well.   This would be too easy to drink on a hot day, but not too fast or else you might burp up your lunch!
