2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ 2nd Tuesday Tasting. Pours an almost headless, light amber beer. Little white ring of head on top, fades quickly. Aroma of vegetables, plants, light buttery, light roses. Flavor is medium sweet, earthy, light bitter aftertaste. Iíve never eaten roses, but I can imagine they would taste like this if I would. Very vegetable-like. Not really my thing to be honest.

very flavorful...very unique...the rose water definitely lends a strange and different taste to it....quite peppery....kind of like black pepper but more mild and doesnít linger...I reiterate...a very unique beer!!

Bottle at chucks, thanks to beastie. Pours murky caramel gold. Floral, caramel malty aroma. Taste is sweet. Light medium body, slick, overly sweet, avg carb. Orange, flowers, and creamy malts. Overall: shrug.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle shared at Chuckís. Imperial Golden Ale? Why?
Gentle flowery nose, watery flavor. Gently sweet, wonderbread-crust malts. This was the one beer of the night that I couldnít remember trying until I found my lost tasting notes. Unsurprising; itís harmless enough and not epically bad -- but certainly nothing special.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
1st July 2013
Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is light, dry and crispy. Thin creamy malt, dry. Rose perfume, but not sweet sweet or cloying, nicely judged. Whisper of citrus. Finishes dry. Somewhat one dimensional but does what it says on the tin!
