22 oz bottle bought from Capital Market in Salem. $3.99 Pours a nice clear deep golden colour, with a large bubbly white head. to be honest not getting much aroma from this at all biscuit malts and a touch of grassy hop..no roses. Taste is better more fruity and yes floral..its well hidden but pops up. I cant say its roses but its floral. getting some honey and cream too..very nice . Great soft smooth mouth feel..and getting a wee bit of hop bitterness in the end Very nice beer..but could do with more rose/rosehip

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Slightly unclear orange color, small to average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hops, lightly some herbs or spices, a hint of blossom, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad at all.

"an interesting beer, more saison like than expected, mainly due to the earthy black pepper presence in the aroma and flavor. floral, obviously as the roses are the main player (or perhaps equal to the pepper). Otherwise an easy drinking light sweet-malt based brew. not bad, but i won’t seek out again."

Bottle. Golden color. Floral perfumed citric aroma with some tropical fruit. Malty sweetish, floral, perfumed flavor. Citrus, tropical fruit, rosebuds. Too sweet and perfumed for me.

Bottle @ 2nd Tuesday Tasting. Pours an almost headless, light amber beer. Little white ring of head on top, fades quickly. Aroma of vegetables, plants, light buttery, light roses. Flavor is medium sweet, earthy, light bitter aftertaste. I’ve never eaten roses, but I can imagine they would taste like this if I would. Very vegetable-like. Not really my thing to be honest.
