12 oz can from miorge-mihoublon, Arlon, Belgium. The aroma is exactly what I expect of a classical American Pale Ale. Citrus notes are powerful with orange and grapefruit notes altogether with some passionfruit/peaches notes aswell. Color is fairer that I expected but cristal clear with a general fair orange tint. A nice retaining head comes with all of this. The taste provides interesting clean but soft flavors. Considering the nose, I expected something stronger. Notes are balanced between grapefruit/cirus/sugar and hop bitterness. Texture is slightly oily. Altogether, it’s a nice season beer, refreshing thought I expected more on the taste !

Can thanks to Benzai - pours a fuzzy orange pour with good white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity, medium malty, some nice mandarin and lemon and pine notes, refreshing easy drinking brew. Decent.

A hazy, orange coloured, a head is medium, dense and blond. Aroma has strong peaches, caramel, mandarin and some pine needles. Taste is citrusfruity with mandarin, some pine needles, low caramel, almost medium bitterness but enough. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Easy beer to enjoy, the age has already done the some damages as the can is five months old.

Can, canned 24/09/14 so fairly old unfortunately. Pours orange with a good, billowy, yellowish head. Aroma is hoppily citrusy, lemon. Taste is decent lemon, some pine, light. Smooth, a bit light. Lemon grows stronger as the glass goes on. Fairly light, a bit too carbonated. Smooth. Easy to sink down which I guess is the point.

Can (12 oz) bought @ Winooski Beverage Warehouse. 5.5 % abv

Appearance: Clear golden with medium easy to revive creamy white head and some lacing.

Aroma: Caramel, light citrus, toasted malt, light pine and peppery notes.

Taste: Caramel, moderate fruitiness, peppery notes and moderate bitterness.

Palate: Medium body. Moderate carbonation. A tad oily mouthfeel. Toasted malt and moderately lasting bitter finish.

Overall: Decent caramel-forward Pale Ale. Not very hoppy, but it might be a freshness issue since I don’t see any canning date (bought recently). Decent drinkability. Nice peppery features.

355 ml can.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Lots of dry orange and pale malts on the nose, some resin, faint nuts and hops. Grapefruits and orange on the flavor, slightly bitter malts, bread also. Medium carbonation, bitter palate. I would have like it more fruitier and less malty, quite simple.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2015 12 oz. can from Best Damn Beer Shop. Medium sized creamy white head on a golden body. Nose of yeast with subtle fruity hops. Initial taste of caramel malt followed by a hoppy, piney bitterness with light citrus tones. Aftertaste is dry and somewhat bitter in the style of a good IPA. Quite balanced. Flavorful, clean and refreshing!

(Can, Beer Temple, 24 Aug 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, tea, orange peel and grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, caramel, hints of crystal malt and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.
