3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
A - Pours a clear apricot orange. 1 finger sticky-looking head. Spotted lacing
S - Bready caramel malt, honey, citrus hops, tea like cracker background. T - Honey caramel, spicy hops, green bark, slightly honey kissed floral, a slight earthiness/medicinal to the aftertaste. Very tasty. Honey malt aftertaste
M - Perfect. The carbonation yields a sublime texture for the style.
This is a good APA. However it does have some medicinal flavors that Iím not diggin.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Pours a clear dark gold body with a one finger frothy white head that faded slowly and left some nice lace. The aroma is fairly standard APA stuff, lightly citrusy hops, but with a little too much caramel and sweet malt that dulls them a bit. The flavor is much the same way, thereís so much residual sweetness that the hops are drown out, leaving mostly bitterness and no hop flavor. A little heavier bodied than the average APA because of all the sweetness, leaving a stickiness after the finish fades. Canít say that Iíd purchase this one again.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A finger and half of head on a cloudy, medium straw colored body.
The aroma is a nice grapefruit and lemon.
The taste has a lightness to it. Lemon bitterness with a decent malt backbone.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
An enjoyable APA.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Hazy amber liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of citrus, mango, pine, cereal, biscuit, grass and vegetative hops. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of mango and biscuit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Run of the mill.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Serving: 12 oz. can from State Line Liquors. It pours a nice gold color with a medium white head. The nose is a mix of florals, citrus and pine. The flavor was hop forward but not too dominate with a nice fruity flavor and pine needle notes. Light to medium body, easily drinkable. Overall a very solid pale ale.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours crystal clear godlen orange with a good size white head. Nose is some citrus, some pine, some corn syrup. Taste is nice. Has a charcoal kind of bitter right of the bat that hangs around for a bit with sweet never exactly overtaking but making itís presence known. The mouthfeel is crisp and sticky, light body and a long finish.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A good pale ale. Smells a little fruity, like cherries. Taste is very much the same, fruity, not very hoppy. Had on New Years.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
This golden colored beer has a sorta hoppy aroma. It is very mild for an IPA and isn't too bitter.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can from Asahiya. Big citrusy hop nose with some dark caramel in the back. Slightly hazy gold/honey color, very thin head. Seems more IPA than pale ale. Finish is sharp with carbonation and hops. Medium body. Fine stuff. Not overwhelming, just solidly done.
