35.5cl can, served in Shaker glass. Hazy golden/orange colour with medium white frothy head. Earthy hops along with caramel and fruity notes on the nose. The flavour is very herbal and piney to a lesser extent, quite surprising. The caramel and the fruits almost vanish, even though it is obvious that the malts play an important roll to achieve this effect. Nice dry finish. Medium body, good carbonation. A good atypical APA overall.

Canned. Pours hazy deep golden with an average off-white head. Aroma of citrus, flovery notes, a little pine and breaddy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and decent bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice APA. 🌟🌟🌟

6-pack in cans. This is a wonderful APA, with a nice malt backbone (a touch of Munich) and flavorful hops. Cascades arenít the only hop - thereís a bit of pine and a slightly bitter ending. All told, quite good.

Pours deep gold to light Amber with a large, creamy, off white head with good retention. Slightly opaque. Sweet, toasty, caramel malt notes up front give way to slight spicy herbal esters and fruity (orange and pear?) and herbal notes. Malt dominates the initial swig but crisp, herbal hops balance out with a pleasantly dry, slightly astringent aftertaste. Fruity hops linger. Moderate carbonation and a moderate to light mouthfeel with an almost watery finish, which is my sole and mild criticism: mouthfeel is a bit lacking. This is a classic example of a great APA, highly recommend.

Can from Ezo Beer served in a shaker pint. It pours a light copper with a dense head of foam. The nose is herbal hobs, parsley, dank, resinous and a bit of sweet caramel malts. The taste is lightly bitter piney/herbal hops with enough malt sweetness to deliver a well balanced pale ale. Satisfying.

355 ml can. Pours a copper amber colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of sweet toffee, bread and citrus. Flavour is rather sweet with toffee, herbal bitterness, citrus and mango jam. Medium bodied and quite soft carbonation. Probably not as fresh as it should be.

12oz can from tjís Medford. Orange color w/fat white head. Dominant hop aroma followed by malty medium mouthfeel, then a solid hop bitterness. Good beer.

355 ml can from Les Vignerons. Dark gold, perfectly clear, with a huge, fluffy, forever lasting off white head. Looks great. On the nose soapy/old hop notes, crystal and pale malts, light graininess, a hint of resinous pine needles and bubblegum. Rather big astringency, slightly harsh bitterness, way more malty than hoppy. Subtle fruity reminiscence in the aftertaste, but itís all about the malts presence. Average to lively carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Iím sure this is way better fresh, but in these conditions itís barely drinkable.
