12oz can. Rating #217. Medium dark gold color with a big bubbly white head. Big pine aroma with an underlying sweetness, very nice. Medium hop bite, big resiny pine and a real nice drinkable beer. (1903)

gold in color, aroma of yeast and hops - nice malty taste initially that leads to a well balanced mixture of peppery hops and malt and then a nice lingering piney aftertaste. A very well balanced beer.

Hazy golden yellow with a rocky tan head that fades away quickly. Aroma of citrus and floral hops with mild sweet malt, biscuit and lemon. Taste is floral with lemon, pale malt, light citrus and mild bitterness.

Pours an opaque honey/orange color with a huge white head...great retention and lacing. Aroma has some maltiness...straw, pils malt...and some subtle spicy hops. Flavor is earthy and slightly spicy with hops but definitely is balanced with light maltiness. Moutfeel is crisp and lively with a dry and skunky finish. Drinks much like many craft pilsners...

Can. Hoppy and fruity smelling. Taste is smooth and very easy to drink. Best served really cold. Once it started warming it wasnt the best. LIke a weak SNPA. Better than the IPA though.

can purchased at Total Wine, McLean, VA. pale orange pour with a 1 finger white head. grain nose with nice citrus and floral hops. medium body - creamy throughout - a bit of spice - citrus bitterness with orange peel and light vanilla. caramel malts come through fairly well - especially on the front of the finish with a refreshing citrus bitterness and light grain notes.

Whole Foods Market, DC sixer ($11): Pours a copperish color with a white head. Aroma is of citrus hops. Taste is citrus and resin. It is better, especially towards the finish. Really good body. Full flavored and well-balanced. A run-of-the-mill APA, but one that is very good. Worth a try by anyone I would say.

Hazy gold with white head that disappears fast. Not much aroma. Decent hop flavor, a good easy drinking beer.

On tap @ Horse Brass. Clear yellow/orange with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of citrus fruit, bready malt and some floral notes. Flavor is perfectly balanced, the bitterness and malt meld excellent together. Light to medium body with average carbonation and a clean, bitter finish. This is a great session Pale, clean and balanced and very drinkable.
