can thanks to bhensonb. poured a light gold with a white head and spotted lacing. aroma of caramel, butter, citrus, and pine. flavor was grassy hops, slight pine, and some bitter. light body with high carbonation. real decent stuff.

12-oz can. Pours a slightly hazy, butterscotch-looking light amber with a little bit of loosu white bubbly stuff on top. Nice crisp piney nose; sweet and sylvan and not too pushy. Smells refreshing right away. Crisp medium watery-ish body, very much a refresher, just enough carb. Plenty of pine going over to resin by the time it gets to the finish. Clean and straightforward and drinkable. Great to find something this tasty in a can.

Can. Golden amber pour. Tall, foamy white head. Spotty, sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet malt, light spicy hops, and floral hops. Taste is spicy hops, sweet and toasted malt, light toffee, some orange, and light pine. Body is medium with a creamy carbonation. Lingering bitterness and resinous feel. Ends with more spicy hops, light toffee, sweet malt, hint of honey and citrus notes.

Can new to Bloomington. Lovely caramel and floral nose, strong citric PNW hops with light pine and a little pepper in with the sweetness. Clear orange with a gorgeous spoonable beige meringue head. Creamy light body, deep earth and pine notes with medium bitterness and resin, some light pale malt and soapy bread. Just a really pleasant, gentle pale, happy to see it going wide.

Can from State Line in Elkton. Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma of pale malts and fruity esters. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Initial flavor of biscuit and pilsner malt, countered by grapefruit rind bitterness. Not much residual sweetness. Dry, hoppy, and grassy finish. Nothing exciting or worth revisiting for me, as there are so many other better pales out there.

Pours golden with a half inch white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, grass, and sweet malt. Flavor is nice hoppy bitterness, bready malt, grapefruit, with a clean bitter finish.

Can. Pours deep gold with 2-finger creamy white head that sticks around awhile. Nose is pale malt, hopcitrus, fruit, peppery. Tastes hoppy, crisp, with pale malt, citrus, and peppery notes. This one was a decent canned pale ale.
