Oct 30, 2006 On tap at Horse Brass Pub, Portland. Hazy copper with lasting beige. Very fruity citrus, grapefruit pale ale. Fullish cereal in mouth, may be not the best, but drinkable. Bit acidic maybe.

Aug 19, 2006 Pours a clear golden bronze, due to a cautious pour from the unfilitered can, with a large froth of clingy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet and toasty crystal malts with a good, lightly citrusy hop presence. First sip reveals a healthy dose of pale malt sugars accompanied by mildly bitter, grapefruity flavor hops with a balanced bittersweet finish. Palate is about average for an APA, with extreme drinkability. This would be the ideal tailgating beer for me.
