355 ml can. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts with dark chocolate. Medium body. A little to much carbonation and I am missing the creamy texture a little bit. The taste starts moderately sweet with a very light bitterness coming in. Classic aroma of roasted malt - coffee and chocolate with some hints of fruits acidity.

Can from The Curfew, berwick-upon-tweed. Pours clear dark brown with a thick beige head. Aromas of toffee, light chocolate, something vaguely herbal. Coffee right at the back. Taste is fruity up front, crunchie bar, light roast. Creamy texture, beautifully balanced.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - dark olive brown to black. Nice head. Nose - toffee into molasses. Strawberry jam. Taste - more of the same. Luscious. Creamy chocolate and toffee. Toblerone - chocolate and nougat. Palate - medium bodied at least. Creamy texture and a long and balanced finish. Overall - lovely beer.

Can. It pours opaque black with a creamy beige head. The aroma is chocolate, ash and bitter roasted malts. Light smoked character. The flavor is roast, ash, light coffee and chocolate. Bread notes as well. Some lacto feel. Pretty good.
