Caldera Pilot Rock Porter has a very thick, beige head, a dark brown, almost black, appearance, and thin lacing left behind. The aroma is of dark coffee, dark chocolate, and brown bread crust. Taste is of those elements, with sweet sugar, molasses, and maybe black cherry skin. Mouthfeel is medium, and Caldera Pilot Rock finishes sweet and highly drinkable. RJT
